Some cute pictures of Nicky at his second Stanford game.

 

OK, we’re a little behind on posts, but a couple weekends ago we spent a very rainy day at the Exploratorium with Kellen and Shannon (pictures here). I know Grandpa Sam knows this, but for the rest of you that didn’t raise a small scientist in the Bay Area, the Exploratorium is a science/how things work museum in San Francisco. I’m sure it will get better and better as Nicky gets a bit older, but he still managed to find lots of things that he thought were awesome.

 

Speaking of lions, Kellen was a lion for Halloween and he was busy practicing his ferocious roar when we went over to his house this weekend. Nicky got into it too…as soon as he had crawled to the safety of my lap, he felt comfortable enough to challenge the alpha lion with his own little “roar”. These boys are too cute!

Here are a few of Nicky’s favorite noises.  He does some animal noises now – he can’t say “meow” or “roar” yet but he has his own special noises for what kitties and lions say.

Nicky has Giants fever. You can’t really tell in the video, but he’s watching a Giants game and he’s cheering his heart out. (It may just be that he’s amazed by the TV since he doesn’t usually get to watch any, but I think deep down he’s a true fan…).
